Schools & State Funding Questions

Absolutely! We are an approved vendor in Arizona, Arkansas, New Hampshire, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Utah (and are in the applicant pool for CHOOSE Alabama). The typical process is for us to send you an invoice which you then submit through your program portal. Once your order is approved, we will receive a notification from ClassWallet and will set up your video access and send you the course materials. 

To get the process started, please send us an email at [email protected] with the following information...

1. Your name
2. Your preferred email address (the account will be connected to this email) 
3. Your student’s first and last name 
4. Your shipping address  
5. The name of the Denison Algebra course you are ordering 

Once we receive this information, we will send you an invoice. It will come from Denison Algebra at QuickBooks Online. You can ignore the payment links and message on the invoice email. Just download the PDF attached at the bottom of the email and submit it through your ClassWallet/ESA portal!

Yes! Simply place your order for the course you would like through the Step Up For Students marketplace. We will receive a notification of your purchase and will process your order within approximately 5-7 business days. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a welcome email with login instructions and shipping updates to the email address connected to your SUFS account.

We are partnered with charter schools across the nation to allow students to order our courses with school funds. Check with your school to see if we are an approved vendor!

Nope! We don't have an affiliate or referral program, and don't participate in paid partnerships with social media influencers or homeschooling platforms. It isn't that partnerships aren't authentic, we just love having 100% organic and unsolicited feedback from parents and students!

Sadly, we can't take returns or exchanges on any course purchased via purchase order (including all state funded programs). This is because we legally cannot refund you for a product purchased using outside funds, nor can we deliver a product other than the one originally purchased.

While we wrote our courses with individual homeschool families in mind, we do have a number of private schools, classrooms, and co-op programs that use our courses, and it can be a great fit under certain circumstances. From talking with these schools, we've narrowed down several aspects to consider when deciding whether or not to use Denison Algebra in a classroom...

1. Our courses work well when students are in a more self-directed environment rather than a traditional classroom setting where a math teacher is present and teaching material. This is because our courses include all the teaching, and are therefore a "doubling up" of time/teaching and money when parents pay for a class taught by a math teacher and then pay for our courses as well.
2. Additionally, our courses are written for students who don't love math (yet!), and are standard level courses that cover all the math a student needs to advance through high school math, take standardized college entrance exams, and continue to college if desired. They are not, however, honors level courses, so they may not be the best option for blanket classroom use if there are students present who wish to pursue math at an accelerated pace. Our courses are perfect if a student wants to take high school math without it being a trial and continue on to college math, even a STEM focus, but if a student has a heavy STEM interest, he/she might be better suited by a curriculum that moves at a faster pace.

We offer a $25 discount per course/student when there are 20+ students, one bulk order made to a single shipping address, and one school video account shared by the students. All orders outside these parameters are full priced.

We do not currently offer the option to purchase a use license for our courses. Courses must be purchased for each individual student.
