Shipping Questions

Books ship approximately 1-2 business days after an order is placed, and then typically take 4-6 days to arrive after that. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a link to track your package!

Yes! But unfortunately, shipping our books internationally is ridiculously expensive and tends to add quite a bit to the course price (shipping to Canada, for instance, is around $70). For an exact shipping price, please contact [email protected] with your postal code. However, we completely understand if the cost of shipping puts our courses beyond what you want to spend on math. 

*Note: There is no additional shipping charge for military families stationed abroad. Simply use your APO address to order through our website.

Your tracking link is in the shipping confirmation email you'll received from [email protected]. It's at the very bottom right of the email, under the heading "Tracking Hyperlink."

Yes! Simply enter your shipping address in the first address section on the checkout page (directly under the password creation box). Then, when you are entering your card information, enter the zip code associated with your billing address. You will not need to enter your full billing address.

Reminder: Be sure to enter your shipping address (NOT your billing address) in the main address section on the checkout page!

In most cases, yes! Just reach out to us at [email protected] for a pricing estimate and a payment link. We suggest reaching out to us and paying the additional shipping charge before placing your order to make sure it doesn't get held up in the process.

Please note, we can't guarantee your shipping timeframe, even when an order is expedited. Once a package leaves our warehouse, it is at the mercy of the shipping carrier and, sadly, is outside our control. The postal service is generally quite reliable with promised timeframes, but it is best to avoid heavy reliance on a delivery date.

Yep! We are more than happy to accept returns and/or exchanges of UNOPENED courses within 60 days of purchase. Unfortunately, since our course materials are consumable, we are unable to accept returns or offer exchanges for books that have had their original outside shrink wrapping removed (ie. the plastic covering the entire course kit, not just the wrapping around the Parent Guide). We have discovered the hard way that even if the materials are unused, they can't be resold once the outside covering is removed.

Please note, we do not accept returns for orders purchased through a school or scholarship program (purchase orders).

If your order meets the qualifications for a return, please reach out to us at [email protected] to initiate the process. We will send you the address to our warehouse, you'll ship the books back to us, and we'll issue you a refund once it is received back undamaged and processed into inventory.

We ship domestic orders through USPS and international orders through USPS Priority International in most cases. If you need to use UPS instead please reach out to [email protected] to make sure your order is labeled for the correct shipping method and to receive a link to pay the additional charge (free shipping is delivered through USPS only). 

The course kits vary in weight, but range from 6 - 8lbs.
