Nope! We don't have any sales, discounts, or coupons. Denison Algebra courses are always the same price, regardless of when you purchase them!

We are more than happy to accept returns and/or exchanges of UNOPENED courses within 60 days of purchase. Unfortunately, since our course materials are consumable, we are unable to accept returns or offer exchanges for books that have had their original outside shrink wrapping removed (ie. the plastic covering the entire course kit, not just the wrapping around the Parent's Guide). We have discovered the hard way that even if the materials are unused, they can't be resold once the outside covering is removed.

Please note, we do not accept returns for orders purchased through a school or scholarship program (purchase orders).

If your order meets the qualifications for a return, please reach out to us at [email protected] to initiate the process. We will send you the address to our warehouse, you'll ship the books back to us, and we'll issue you a refund once it is received back undamaged and processed into inventory by our fulfillment center.

It all depends on what email address you use at checkout! If you use the same email address for your purchases, the video courses will show up in the same account. If you use different email addresses, our system will create separate accounts and place the courses respectively. 

Please Note: One quirk of our video platform is that it doesn't allow multiple copies of a course to show up on a single account. Instead, your course access will simply be updated to match your most recent purchase. For instance, if you purchase Algebra 1 in June and then purchase it again in August (using the same email address for both purchases), you will only see one Algebra 1 course on your account, although you will receive two sets of printed materials and your access timeframe will be extended by two months to match your August purchase date. This setup works well for some families and students, while others prefer to have separate courses. If you would prefer your students to have separate accounts, simply use a different email address at checkout.

Our courses are only available for purchase as kits, with the printed materials (textbook, solutions manual, and parent's guide) and videos together. Our books are bundled into kits at the printer so we don't have an option for a la carte books. This means that courses must be purchased as a package, and that we are unable to sell any part individually. While this does mean that materials can't be reused for multiple children in following years, we have found that consumable textbooks and complete materials sets make a profound difference for students tackling upper-level math, particularly when they don't like the subject...(yet!)

Our teaching and solutions videos are by far the most valuable aspect of our courses. They include hundreds of hours of teaching and instruction, the culmination of decades of teaching experience. Our course price is a reflection of the presence and quality of this instruction, rather than of the physical materials themselves, and we ask that each student purchase his or her own copy of the course for this reason. It's similar to paying for your student to be taught by a teacher in a class setting or hiring a tutor, just much cheaper!

Note: We technically can cancel the physical materials from shipping to you, if for some reason you really want to reuse your old materials. The course price will stay the same. Just send us an email immediately after you make your purchase, and we will halt your course kit from being shipped (this is the full course kit, which includes the student textbook, the solutions manual, and the parent's guide & test booklet).

Sadly, we can't release any PDF files past the first week of lessons. Your books should arrive 6 - 9 days from your date of purchase, though, so hopefully you can pick back up in no time!

Nope! We strongly believe that students learn best with physical, printed books in front of them. For this reason, we've chosen not to release our books in a printed format only.

You'll be emailed a receipt immediately upon purchase! You can also access a copy of your receipt by logging into your account and clicking your profile icon in the top right-hand corner of the page. Select "Settings" and then choose the "Purchase History" tab. You'll see your date of purchase in the upper left of the course box. Find the course(s) you are interested in and click "View All" at the bottom right-hand side of the box. This will give you a drop down that allows you to view or download your receipt.

Yes... Our website only allows one purchase per transaction, which is a pain. We love our platform provider because it's fantastic for hosting online courses and easy for students to navigate, but it has a few quirks, one of which is the absence of a shopping cart! We’re hoping that the smart, techy people behind it all will eventually get around to fixing this, but for now you'll need to purchase each course separately.

Yes! Simply enter your shipping address in the first address section on the checkout page (directly under the password creation box). Then, when you are entering your card information, enter the zip code associated with your billing address. You will not need to enter your full billing address.

Reminder: Be sure to enter your shipping address (NOT your billing address) in the main address section on the checkout page!

Absolutely! Just enter their shipping address at checkout and use your billing zip code in the payment information section (see the FAQ on separate billing and shipping addresses for how to do this). You'll also want to consider what email address to use when placing your order, as the receipt will be sent to this address and it will also be used to log into the course.

If you're not sure which email to use, we suggest just using yours. You can change the account email address to the giftee's after you make your purchase by logging into the account, clicking the profile icon, selecting "Settings" and entering a new email address. Be sure to click the black "Save" button! Now, the student can login to his/her course using this email address and the password you created at checkout.

Absolutely! We are an approved vendor in Arizona, Arkansas, New Hampshire, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Utah. The typical process is for us to send you an invoice which you then submit through your program portal. Once your order is approved, we will receive a notification from ClassWallet and will set up your video access and send you your course materials. 

To get the process started, please send us an email at [email protected] with the following information...

1. Your name
2. Your preferred email address (the account will be connected to this email) 
3. Your student’s first and last name 
4. Your shipping address  
5. The name of the Denison Algebra course you are ordering 

Once we receive this information, we will send you an invoice. It will come from Denison Algebra at QuickBooks Online. You can ignore the payment links and message on the invoice email. Just download the PDF attached at the bottom of the email and submit it through your ClassWallet/ESA portal!

Our system automatically starts the video access "clock" when a course is purchased. So, to give families more flexibility, we have added in three extra months (a total of 15 months) to cover early purchases, mid-year breaks, or any unexpected "life stuff" that may affect your school year.

Books ship approximately 1-2 business days after an order is placed, and then typically take 4-6 days to arrive after that. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a link to track your package.

Yes! But unfortunately, shipping our books internationally is ridiculously expensive and tends to add quite a bit to the course price (shipping to Canada, for instance, is around $70). For an exact shipping price, please email [email protected] with your postal code. However, we completely understand if the cost of shipping puts our courses beyond what you want to spend on math. 

*Note: There is no additional shipping charge for military families stationed abroad. Simply use your APO address to order through our website.
